Applications for our next Gallery Show, February 12 & 13, are being accepted and the deadline ends February 3, 2022. We are looking forward to seeing your best work.
Thank you for wanting to show with Los Ruano Gallery (LRG). We are looking forward to displaying and finding a great home for your work. We have a great network of collectors and collaborators, such as Smog City Brewing Co, and our list is only growing!
Artwork Specs:
- 5 pieces, but must not exceed 36in on the longest side
- Art must be originals or prints of originals
- Art must be hang-ready (assistance can be provided)
- Art must be labeled
All artwork must be dropped off at our gallery the weekend before the event, to be properly photographed, labeled, and hung. If the event is at another venue, artwork will be properly transported and installed at the venue of the show, as well as brought back to the gallery for pick after the show. 
All sales and transactions of hung artwork will be made by LRG to be able to keep proper books and accounting. All bookkeeping will be transparent if you wish to double check any sales of your work.
Professional photographs will be used for marketing and social media, and you, the artist, will have copies of the photos for your own social media and websites use.
Gallery fees:
$50 submission fee, if your work gets accepted and paid upon drop-off of work to gallery.
20% commission of artwork price upon sale during the event, and/or through the website.
Vendor Submissions:
- $75 for 6ft table space
- Setup 1hr before the show starts, breakdown once show ends
- Electricity is available if needed
