The LRG BREW Artshow is a unique pop-up show that will feature a collection of art from local artists and is hosted at local breweries in the SoCal area. Each artist will have their artwork displayed throughout the brewery's taproom and patio for all to enjoy and be purchased while enjoying craft beers. The show will be: July 14-16, 2023. Only 15 artist spots available. To apply for the show, please fill out the form below and we will contact you.
All Participants are Selected by a Jury of Artists
Thank you for wanting to show with Los Ruano Gallery (LRG). We are looking forward to displaying and finding a great home for your work. We have a great network of collectors and collaborators, such as Smog City Brewing Co, Fourwind films, and our list is only growing!
Artwork Specs:
- Art must be original or prints of originals
-Art must not be larger than 36x36in
- Art must be hang-ready
- Art must be named and labeled
- Art drop-off 3-5 days before show
All artwork must be dropped off at our gallery the days before the event, to be properly photographed, labeled, and hung. If the event is at another venue, artwork will be properly transported and installed at the venue of the show, as well as brought back to the gallery for pick after the show.
**If you are unable to drop-off the artwork, shipping artwork is available at the artist cost and Los Ruano Gallery is not liable for any damages that may occur during shipping. Contact us for more information.**
All sales and transactions of hung artwork will be made by LRG to be able to keep proper books and accounting. All bookkeeping will be transparent if you wish to double check any sales of your work.
Professional photographs will be used for marketing and social media, and you (the artist) will have copies of the photos for your own social media and websites use.
Gallery Fees:
$45 submission fee if accepted -- payment upon drop-off of work to gallery.
20% commission of artwork price upon sale during the event, and/or through our website -- as well as if buyer contacts us after any show to purchase artwork.
Vendor Fees:
$50/day ($125 for all 3day event) for a 6' table space -- payment due prior to event to save reserve your space.
Electricity is available upon request.
No canopies/tents provided, if you need one please bring one.
Setup time 2-3hrs prior to event start time.
