The LRG BREW Art Show is a unique pop-up show that will feature a collection of art from local artists and is hosted at local breweries in the SoCal area. Each artist will have their artwork displayed throughout the brewery's taproom and patio for all to enjoy and be purchased while enjoying craft beers. The show will be: SEPTEMBER 28th, 2024. All Artwork and Vendors are Selected by a Jury of Artists
Thank you for wanting to show with Los Ruano Gallery (LRG). We are looking forward to displaying and finding a great home for your work. We have a great network of collectors and collaborators, such as Smog City Brewing Co, Long Beach Beer Lab, Ambitious Ales, Fourwind films, and our list is only growing!
Artwork Specs:
- 3-5 Art pieces to be selected
-Art must be original or prints of originals
-Art must not be larger than 36x36in
- Art must be hang-ready
- Art must be named and labeled
- Art drop-off 3-5 days before show
All artwork must be dropped off at our gallery the days before the event, to be properly photographed, labeled, and hung. If the event is at another venue, artwork will be properly transported and installed at the venue of the show, as well as brought back to the gallery for pick after the show.
Vendor Specs:
- Space enough for 6ft table
-Arts/Crafts must be original and/or handmade
-NO Retail/Resale Items
- Electricity is available upon request
- Setup between 1pm to 5pm
All Vendors must be setup and ready before the show starts. Breakdown can start at Last Call or 45min before the closing of the venue. This is an outdoor area and some shading is available.
Vendor spaces are limited and are First Come First Serve, and upon confirmation and gallery fee payment you are guaranteed your spot in the show.
$2 Application Fee
Gallery Fees for Artists:
$45 gallery fee if accepted -- payment upon drop-off of work to gallery.
20% commission of artwork price upon sale during the event, and/or through our website -- as well as if buyer contacts us after any show to purchase artwork.
Gallery Fees for Vendor Spaces:
$50/day for a 6' table space -- payment due prior to event to save reserve your space.
Electricity is available upon request.
No canopies/tents provided, if you need one please ask for additional space if available.
Setup time 2-3hrs prior to event start time.
